Hey Afterwork fans - we are here to show you how fast YOU can build task lists for your event.

If you don’t have time to watch the video, here are a few steps to help you get started on the Tasks Tab:

So after you have magically set up your event, you will see a tab labeled “Tasks”.

Using AI to add tasks to your list

Our AI can add in more tasks to your list if you see anything missing. It will review what is already on the list and add in what it thinks you need to make your event as successful as possible. Just hit the “AI” button in the top right corner and BOOM you will see more tasks pop-up on the list.

Editing a Tasks:

To Edit any task (AI or Non-AI), simply click on the Title or Description and a text editing box will appear.

Adding a due date to your tasks:

Tasks need due dates, and you can simply add one to yours by arrowing over to the right side of the tasks and assigning a due date.

Virtual Assistant can build Task lists for you too:

If you ask the virtual assistant to build you a task list for your event, it will create it all for you as well. You can hit the “+” button to add tasks in individually or click the “add all tasks” button that will appear at the bottom of the chat window to add them all in

Progress Bar:

As you complete tasks, hit the checkbox and you will be able to see your progress on all the tasks for that event
