Hey Afterwork fans - we are here with another quick tip on how to use the agendas tab on our platform!

We can build ANY agenda for ANY event!

Here is a quick explainer video for how the “Agenda” tab works:

If you don’t have time to watch the video, here are a few steps to help you familiarize yourself with the Agenda Tab:

So after you have magically set up your event, you will see a tab labeled “Agenda”.

Generating new timelines with AI

If you want to create new timelines with AI, simply hit the “AI” button and you will see a popup that says “Generate timeline with Afterwork AI”. Go ahead and input all your details into this section and in a few seconds another timeline will appear before your eyes!

Add timeline event:

The “Add timeline event” (Blue button on the top right corner) lets you add new timeline events to the existing calendar. You will see a text space open up where you can add the new agenda event in.

Create new timeline button:

Allows you to create a new timeline separate from the existing one. You can create run-of-show agendas, speaker agendas, team agendas, etc.

Toggling between agendas/timelines:

If you click the name of your agenda, you will now see the different agendas you have created and be able to switch between them easily.

Moving agenda items around

To move agenda items around, you can click on the :: and it will let you drag agenda items up and down
